By creating a waiver form, it will be added to each event in your team's calendar. Waiver forms can only be created by teams from the web.
To create a waiver form...
From the Web:
1. From a computer, go to app.teamlinkt.com, Log in and click Settings
2. Click 'Event Waiver'
3. Set the Event Waiver Type.
Use TeamLinkt for Waiver Tracking: type in your own waiver into TeamLinkt
External Waiver Tracking: Use an external link for waiver tracking
4. Set the time frame when the waiver will be available to complete.
5. Fill in your waiver details & click 'Save'
