If a transaction amount is entered incorrectly or a refund was made in-store, to issue a refund on their loyalty amount:
1. Log in to your TeamLinkt account at www.teamlinkt.com
2. Go to the Transactions tab
3. Find the transaction and press Issue Refund on the right side
4. Enter the Refunded Amount & Employee Code
5. Press Submit
The refund will appear in your transaction log & the customer's cash or credit amount will be adjusted in the app.
